The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Ankit Kumar, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 233 of 2020, S.S.T. No.159 of 2020, under Sections 376AB IPC and 5/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Nakhasa, District- Sambhal, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant of committing the offence of rape against a minor girl. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that before the trial court, PW-1 had conclusively been examined.
