Learned counsel for the applicant has filed rejoinder affidavit, which is taken on record. 2. Heard Sri Anjani Kumar Dubey, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Arimardan Yadav, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record of the case. 3. The present bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S. has been filed on behalf of applicant, Ashish Kumar with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 15 of 2025, under Sections 8/20 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station- Akabarpur, District- Kanpur Dehat. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that 72 Kg. of Gana is alleged to have been recovered from the diggi of vehicle and applicant has no concern with the alleged alto car.
