The present bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S. has been filed on behalf of applicant, Anil Gupta, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 531 of 2024, under Sections 8/20 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station- Jeanpur, District- Azamgarh. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that 48.06 Kg. of Ganja is alleged to have been recovered from the joint possession of the applicant and co-accused persons.
