Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Shri Rajesh Kumar Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record of the case. The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of applicant, Minakashi Devi with a prayer to release her on bail in Case Crime No. 1056 of 2024, under Section 21/22 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station- Highway, District-Mathura. Learned counsel for the applicant at the very outset submits that there is contradiction in the First Information Report as well as in Fard Baramadagi with regard to recovered quantity of contraband Alprazolam.
