This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicants, Mohd Anas Siddique and Sahil Kumar , seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 241 of 2024 , under Sections 3/5A/5B/8 and 5 of U.P. Cow Slaughter Act and Section 11 of Animal Cruelty Act, Police Station Saiyyad Raja, District Chandauli. Learned counsel for the applicants argued that the accused- applicants are innocent. They have been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and are languishing in jail since 24.12.2024. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that applicants were neither driver nor cleaner of the vehicle. No meat or beef were recovered
