Heard Sri Janardan Yadav, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Yagyavalk Pandey, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record of the case. 3. The present bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S. has been filed on behalf of applicant, Neelam Nishad with a prayer to release her on bail in Case Crime No. 461 of 2024, under Sections 8/20 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station- Gambhirpur, District- Azamgarh. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that 10Kg. 160 gm and 10 Kg. 360 gm. of Ganja is alleged to have been recovered from the joint possession of the applicant and co-accused persons.
