Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.464 of 2024, under Sections 317(2) B.N.S. and 3, 5, 7, 12, 25, 27 Arms Act, Police Station- Sidhari, District- Azamgarh, during the pendency of trial. 5. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused person, Sanjay Vishwakarma has already been enlarged on bail by the concerned trial court vide order dated 10.1.2025 passed in Bail Application No.1005765 of 2024. There is no criminal antecedent of the applicant. The applicant is languishing in jail since 4.12.2024. He further submitted that since the role of the applicant is identical to that of co-accuse
