The present bail application has been filed by accused- applicant- Nadeem seeking bail in Case Crime No.199 of 2024, under Section 8/20 NDPS Act, Police Station- Kotwali, District- Moradabad. In the prosecution case it is alleged that during police checking, the police arrested the applicant along with co-accused on 30.12.2024. From the personal search of the applicant, 150 gram charas is alleged to have been recovered from the applicant. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the total weight of Charas recovered from both accused applicant and co-accused Sameer was found to be 1150 gm it include weight of packet also, when it was weigh on electronic balance machine.
