This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Aarif Alias Malik, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 432 of 2024, under Sections 8/20 of N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station- Jawan, District- Aligarh. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 01.11.2024. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that similarly placed co- accused, namely, Sadik, has already been enlarged on bail by this Court by order dated 02.05.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 4918 of 2025, copy of the bail order produced by learned counsel for the applicant is t
