The present bail application has been filed by accused- applicant- Gagan seeking bail in Case Crime No. 493 of 2024, under Section 8/20 NDPS Act, Police Station- Gonda, District- Aligarh. In the prosecution case it is alleged that during police checking, the police arrested the applicant. From the personal search of the applicant, 8.539 kg Ganja is alleged to have been recovered from possession of the applicant. The recovery has been made in front of the Gazetted Officer.
