This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Alauddin, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 882 of 2024, under Sections 109 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 3/5A/5B/8 of Cow Slaughter Prevention Act and Section 11 of Animal Cruelty Act and Section 3/4/25/27 of Arms Act, Police Station- Kotwali Padrauna, District- Kushinagar. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 26.12.2024. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that similarly placed co- accused, namely, Abrej has already been enlarged on bail
