The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.167 of 2024, under Sections 103(1), 238, 61(2), 315 B.N.S., Police Station Raksa, District Jhansi, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that FIR of the present case was lodged against co-accused Kamlesh with regard to the murder of the brother of the informant but when statement of the informant was recorded during investigation then he raised suspicion against the applicant and thereafter applicant has been made accused in the present matter. 4.
