The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of applicant, Shamshad Alias Bau with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 10 of 2025, under Section 3/5/8 U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955, Police Station- Nagal, Distric- Saharanpur. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that 50 kg beef is alleged to have been recovered, but no scientific evidence or laboratory report is on the record to suggest that the recovered beef belong to cow progeny. There is no independent witness of the recovery. Nothing incriminating has been recovered from possession of the applicant. Offence is triable by magistrate. The applicant is languishing in jail since 18.01.2025 and he has criminal antecedent of three cases. It is further submit
