The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.34 of 2024, under Sections 498-A, 304-B, 307, 302 I.P.C. and Sections 3/4 D.P. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that however, applicant is husband of the deceased but on the basis of false allegation, he has been made accused in the present matter. 4.
