Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.407 of 2024, U/S 64(1), 331(4), 351(2) B.N.S., of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, Police Station Shikarpur, District Bulandshahr, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant is stated to have committed rape with the victim and had video recorded the said act about few months before the institution of FIR.
