Faisal, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 397 of 2024, under Sections 351 (2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 3/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station Bhelupur, District Varanasi. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 27.9.2024.
