Heard Shri Arvind Agrawal, learned counsel for the applicant, Shri Vijendra Kumar, learned AGA for the State-respondents and perused the record. This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Faizan , seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 3 of 2025, under Sections 35 (1), 106 of BNSS, Section 109, 317 (2), 317 (5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 3/25/27 of Arms Act, Police Station Ramgarh, District Firozabad. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 1.1.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that it is a no injury case. Although, applicant has received bullet injury on his leg, which was shot by Police party.
