Learned counsel for the applicant submits that as per report of the C.M.O. Ballia the age of the victim has been found to be 19 years.Victim is not minor but major. As per statement of the victim recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C. she is clearly a consenting party who entered into physical relationship with applicant with intention to marry.The applicant is in jail since 17.9.2024 and has no criminal history to his credit. On the other hand learned A.G.A has opposed the prayer for bail.
