There are allegations against the accused applicant and co-accused Banti who are engaged in online fraud, they were arrested by police on 07.09.2024 on sacret information, co-accused Banti is physically disabled and moves with aid of clutches. The police team recovered 35 mobile phones, out of which most of the phones are keypad model, 13 driving licence were also recovered from the possession of the applicant Dharamveer and on personal search Rs.97,
