The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No.501 of 2024, under Sections 65(2) B.N.S. and 5m/6 POCSO Act, Police Station- Aims, District- Gorakhpur with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 5. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have committed aggravated sexual assault with the 04 years old daughter of the informant on 12.10.2024. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that he has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about one day and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The allegations are per se false as there is no medical corroboration of the said incid
