Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 495 of 2024, under Section 64(2)M of BNS and Sections 3/4(2) & 5L.N./6 of POCSO Act, Police Station - Sardhana, District - Meerut, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant had instituted the FIR regarding his missing minor daughter (victim) and son, aged about 13 and 11 years, respectively since 25.09.2024. 5.
