There is allegation against the applicant of committing repeated offence of rape and criminal intimidation of a girl. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that F.I.R. is delayed by three years. Medical is delayed by five years. Statement of the victim recorded under section 164 is delayed by seven years. The applicant has been falsely implicated in this case. He is languishing in jail since 02.12.2024.
