Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State. There are allegations against the applicant that he outraged the modesty of his daughter.He has been implicated by his wife. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant has dispute with his wife and she falsely implicated the applicant.The applicant is in jail since 21.6.2024 and has no criminal history to his credit. On the other hand learned A.G.A has opposed the prayer for bail.
