There are allegations against the applicant of abduction of minor girl with intent to marry, commission of offence of rape and offence under section 5/6 POCSO Act.. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that victim as per ossification report is aged about 19 years.She has not made any allegation against the applicant and admitted marrying with applicant. Only P.W.1 doctor has been examined before the trial court.Trial will take time to conclude.The applicant is in jail since 10.3.2022 and has no criminal history to his credit.
