The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Waseem Alias Kala, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.480 of 2023, under Sections 363, 366, 376(2N) IPC and 5I/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Khatauli, District- Muzaffar Nagar, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant of abduction of a minor girl with intent to marry, commission of offence of repeated rape and offence under Section 5I/6 POCSO Act. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that from the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., it appears that she is consenting party. S
