Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 215 of 2024, under Sections 64(1), 127(2), 351(3) of BNS, Police Station - Saifai, District - Etawah, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have committed rape with the victim on 12.11.2024 by taking her to his house on the pretext of giving her the scooty which was stated to have been stolen from PGI, Saifai. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence as alleged in the FIR. There is no time of offence mentioned in it. The FIR is delayed by about three days and
