The present bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S. has been filed on behalf of applicant, Faijan with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 447 of 2024, under Sections 8/15/29/37 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station- Gangoh, District- Saharanpur. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that no Doda Post (Puppy straw) is alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the applicant and only Rs. 30/- has been recovered from his possession. In fact no such recovery was effected from the applicant.
