The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Mananjay, with a prayer to release him on bail in S.T. No. 266/2020, Case Crime No. 160/2020, under Sections 302, 201, 376 of IPC and 3/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station- Kotwali Padrauna, District- Kushinagar, during pendency of trial. This is the third bail application. The earlier bail applications of applicant were rejected by coordinate Bench of this Court. Now, the bench has released the earlier applications and hence, the matter has been placed before this Court. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that nine out of seventeen prosecution witnesses have been examined. The applicant has been falsely implicated in this case.
