The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Salim Alias Chona, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 111 of 2024, under Sections 2/3 of U.P. Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities(Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station- Purkaji, District- Muzaffarnagar, pendency of trial. Apart from one case shown in the gang chart the applicant has criminal history of 12 cases wherein he is on bail. The applicant has falsely been implicated in the present case due to police rivalry. The applicant is not a member of any gang. The applicant is languishing in jail since 18.07.2024. In case he is enlarged on bail he will not misuse the liberty of bail.
