Learned counsel for the applicant submits that victim married the applicant and lived with him from 2017 to 2022 as his wife.Thereafter she has falsely implicated the applicant which has came in the in the statement of victim, P.W.2, before the trial court.The applicant is in jail since 9.2.2023 and has criminal history of 13 cases to his credit explained in bail application and supplementary affidavit..
