There are allegations against the applicant of abduction of minor girl with intent to marry , penetrative sexual assault and offence under section 3/4 POCSO Act. . Learned counsel for the applicant submits that victim has admitted that her age is 19 years.She was being married to old person,therefore she eloped with applicant and married in temple. She has not made any allegation against the applicant Her age is 17-18 years.The applicant is in jail since 30.9.2024 and has no criminal history to his credit. On the other hand learned A.G.A has opposed the prayer for bail.
