The present bail application has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 194 of 2024, under Sections 140(2), 123, 74 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, and Section 7/8 of the POCSO Act, Police Station Binauli, District Baghpat. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case crime number. Learned counsel for the applicant further submits that the applicant is a servant in the shop of the informant and he was not being paid his salary due to this reason the informant has falsely implicated the applicant. He submits that the applicant had neither kidnapped the victim nor given her intoxicant
