Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 276 of 2024, under Sections 64, 61(2), 351(2), 351(3) B.N.S. and 3/4 POCSO Act and 67 I.T. Act, Police Station Simbhawali, District Hapur, during the pendency of trial. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The informant and the victim have been examined as P.W. 1 and P.W. 2 respectively, in court and have not supported the prosecution story. They have completely resiled from their earlier statement given to the
