Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the victim was consenting party as per her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. She has affirmed her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C before the trial court also. Even otherwise applicant is in jail since 02.10.2022 and has no criminal history to his credit. Learned AGA has opposed the prayer for bail but could not dispute the above submissions.
