Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 543 of 2024, under Sections 8/21 of N.D.P.S. Act Police Station Gangoh, District Saharanpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have been arrested by the police and from his personal search, 16 gms. of smack is stated to have been recovered on 18.12.2024 at about 00:50 hours. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence as alleged in the FIR. The allegations are per se false. The said recovery has simply been made by the police to show some good work.
