Learned State Law Officer has informed that the notice to the informant has been served on 05.12.2024. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.427 of 2024, under Sections 64(1), 115(2) B.N.S. and 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Kanth, District Shahjahanpur, during the pendency of trial. 5. As per prosecution story, the daughter of the informant aged about 17 years is stated to have been found missing in the night of 22.08.2024 at about 11:00 p.m. and when he went to search her, he found her with her wet clothes near a pond at about 2:00 a.m. and she narrated the complete incident to the informant stating that the applicant alongwith two other co-accused persons had abducted her, assaulted her and committed rape with her.
