Learned A.G.A. informs that notice has been served upon the informant but no one has turned up to oppose this bail application. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State. There are allegations against the applicant of abduction of minor girl with intent to marry, commission of offence of rape, criminal intimidation and offence under section 4(2) POCSO Act . Learned counsel for the applicant submits that victim has falsely implicated the applicant .She knew the applicant and other co-accused well.In her Majeed Bayan, she stated that she knew the mobile numbers of the all the accused.Before commission of alleged offences she talked with them and went to them.Victim has falsely implicated the applicant .As per her medical report no sign of commission of offence of rape has been found.The applicant is in jail since 26.6.2024 and has no criminal history to his credit.
