Victim had admitted that she knew the applicant and entered into physical relationship.Thereafter she alleged that applicant has sent her incriminating video to her husband and her relatives.She handed over her own mobile phone to the investigating officer and because of consenting relationship with applicant she was in possession of video. There is no evidence that same was made viral.The applicant is in jail since 10.10.2024 and has no criminal history to his credit. On the other hand learned A.G.A has opposed the prayer for bail.
