This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Yash @ Manu, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 116 of 2024, under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 336(3), 338, 340(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 66(C) & 66 (D) of Information Technology (Amendment) Act, 2000, Police Station- Basrehar, District- Etawah. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 16.12.2024/18.12.2024.
