There are allegations against the applicant of adduction of minor girl with intent to marry, commission of offence of rape and penetrative sexual assault. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the victim is although minor but in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. she has admitted that she knew the applicant for last two years and had entered into voluntarily physical relation-ship. Thereafter applicant made some incriminating photographs of the victim and on the basis which he blackmailed her. He further submits that it is a case of false implication. Applicant is in jail since 05.07.2024. Learned AGA has opposed the prayer for bail but could not dispute the above submissions.
