Heard Sri Sita Ram Yadav, Advocate holding brief of Sri Kuldeep Maurya, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Deepak Kumar Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 130 of 2023, under Sections 363, 376A- B, 120-B of I.P.C. and Sections 5M/6 of POCSO Act, Police Station - Inchauli, District - Meerut, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
