Heard Sri Sita Ram Yadav, Advocate holding brief of Sri Kuldeep Maurya, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Deepak Kumar Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 130 of 2023, under Sections 363, 376A- B, 120-B of I.P.C. and Sections 5M/6 of POCSO Act, Police Station - Inchauli, District - Meerut, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by one month and two days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. He has no criminal history to his credit. The trial is at its conclusive end and the applicant is not properly
