The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Deepak Rajbhar with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 209 of 2022, under Sections 376D, 506 IPC and 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Kaptanganj, District- Azamgarh, during pendency of trial. This is third bail application of the applicant. Earlier bail applications of the applicant were rejected by co-ordinate bench of this Court, which is not available.
