This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Himanshu Yadav , seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 250 of 2024, under Sections-308 (5), 351 (2), B.N.S. and 67 of I.T. Act, Police station Araon, District-Firozabad. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 28.12.2024. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant was not named in the First Information Report. Name of the applicant has been surfaced in 'Majeed Bayan' of the victim with the allegation that the applicant and Vipin came to the house of the victim
