There are allegations against the applicant of abduction of minor girl, commission of offence of rape and offence under Section 5/6 POCSO Act. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant has been falsely implicated in this case. From the report of CMO filed by learned AGA, it appears that she was aged about 16 years at time of incident. Given margin of two years on higher side, she can be considered to be major. She remained with applicant for six months without raising any alarm. She travelled by different modes from one place to another but at no point of time she cried for help from the allegedly forced company of the applicant. It is a case of false implication.
