The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Suresh, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 139 of 2024, under Sections 376, 506 IPC, Police Station Sultanpur Ghosh, District- Fatehpur, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant of committing the offences of attempt to rape and criminal intimidation against the victim. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that applicant is related as uncle (Fufa) of the victim. He spent substantial amount in her marriage, but her parents was not willing to return the same.
