This bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the applicant Abid seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No. 136 of 2020, under Section 2/3 of the U.P. Gangster Act, Police Station G.R.P., Agra, Cant, District Agra. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is already on bail in the base case shown in the gang chart. The criminal history of five cases has been explained in paragraph-9 of the bail application. The applicant is languishing in jail since 08.09.2019.
