Heard Sri Surendra Mohan Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant as well as Sri R.P. Patel, learned State Law Officer and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 130 of 2022, U/S 376(2) (L), 354-B, 342, 323 of IPC, Police Station - Bhawaniganj, District - Siddharth Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant is languishing in jail since 16.10.2022 and subsequent to the said order dated 13.03.2023, only one witness of fact has been examined i.e. the informant.
