The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Shyam Ji Dubey, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 63 of 2024, under Sections 363, 376-D, 342, 328, 120-B IPC and Section 5(L)/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Ayana, District- Auraiya, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant of abduction of minor girl and commission of offences of gang rape, etc. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant has been implicated in this case as afterthought. The victim eloped with co- accused, Pankaj and stayed with him at different
