Supplementary affidavit filed today on behalf of the applicant, is taken on record. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 3. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.04 of 2025, under Sections 318(4), 319(2) B.N.S & 7/13(3) Uttar Pradesh Public Examination (Prevention of Public Unfair Means) Act, 2024, P.S. Mahavan, District Mathura during pendency of the trial. 4. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. Allegation against the applicant is that the applicant was appearing on behalf of the candidates in National Testing Agency Allahabad High Court Examination. Learned counsel for the applicant next submitted that the offence is triable by Magistrat
