The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant Raja @ Raj Bharti, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 371 of 2021, under sections 8/21/29 of N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station Robertsganj, District Sonbhardra during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that applicant is innocent person and has been falsely implicated in the present case and he is in jail since 15.10.23024. He next submitted that according to the prosecution version, the police team headed by S.H.O. Satendra Kumar Rai, Police Station Robertsganj, District Sonbhadra, was arrested five accused persons on 19.05.2024 at around 17:05 hours and also recovered 102 g.m. heroin from the possession of the applicant and other co-accused pers
